I have difficulty in breathing.
You must have seen many people saying they experience difficulty in breathing. And the obvious inference is that the person is suffering from asthma. For most people, it first develops as an allergy to some substances, towards which they develop sneezing and coughing, and then subsequently chest congestion and then difficulty in breathing. This is full blown asthma. This is caused by the constriction of bronchioles in the lungs caused by the allergic reaction.Asthma can be genetic, it has no sure shot cure, and is not contagious. There are many irritants in the environment that could trigger as asthmatic attack like respiratory infections, tobacco smoke, drugs, weather changes, paints, night times, emotional factors and hormonal factors. This conditoin usually aggravates in the old age. Inhalers and medicines can be taken orally for symptomatic relief, but it is best to avoid the causative factors.
